Sorezki ORM process is comprised of three different steps:

The first is monitoring online activity, by maintaining an ongoing system for researching and keeping track of public perception.

The second step is considering the situation, by looking into the source of the references and evaluating the risk.

The third step is using our personas for an online, positive buzz, by commenting and responding to negative online activities.

Our personas are highly professional online entities. Their profile pictures are photo manipulated by graphic designers and the originals are purchased especially for each persona. We operate them by using worldwide proxy servers, depending on the city each persona is “from”.

Our personas exist for promotional purposes only. We interact with other users purely on a business level.
